BOOKING AN EVENT
The Lounge at Victor’s is happy to place a tentative hold on our private dining space for any date. To confirm an event with definite status, Victor’s requires a completed Contract/Dining Agreement, Credit Card Authorization Form, and payment of the non-refundable room rental fee.
A final guarantee of the number of guest is due (4) business days prior to the date of your event. If a guarantee is not given, you will be charged for the number of guests originally stated in the Dining Agreement.
Menu Selections should be made no later than (2) weeks prior to your event, we are happy to accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, or any other dietary requests.
SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX
There is a 22% service charge* applied to each event. A 7% sales tax will be applied to the entire bill, and an additional 9.75% liquor tax will be applied to all alcohol.
*The service charge is the sole property of Victor’s on Water.
Unless another form of payment is provided, all final charges for your event will be made to the credit card on file. We regret that separate checks cannot be prepared for your event.
Any cancellation must be made in writing by the client/host no later than 21 days before the event.
Any cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in the entire amount as specified by the
Victor’s on Water BEO being immediately due.
On-street self-parking. Valet parking can be provided for an additional charge.
The Lounge is equipped with a built-in sound system. We will assist you with any audio/visual needs that you may have. All audio/visual equipment is subject to rental fees.
White linens and votive candles are complimentary for all events. We will assist you with ordering any specialty linens, floral arrangements, etc. All décor brought onto the premises must be removed by client upon completion of event.
Additional charges are as follows: Cakes from outside vendors are allowed. Client is responsible for plates, utensils and to go boxes or $2.00 per person cake cutting fee applies
